1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CCYpack's website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

CCYpack manufactures and provides packaging products including plastic flexible packaging, kraft paper, aluminum, spout pouches, shaped bags, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging bags. We offer both standard and custom packaging solutions for various industries including food, pet supplies, coffee, and chemical products.

3. Order and Production Process

All orders are subject to CCYpack's approval and confirmation. Production will commence upon receipt of the required deposit and approval of all design specifications. Our standard production time is dependent on order complexity and volume, and will be specified in your order confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to initiate production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified by CCYpack.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to CCYpack's products, designs, and manufacturing processes remain the property of CCYpack. Customers retain rights to their own logos, designs, and content provided for custom packaging solutions.

6. Quality and Warranty

CCYpack guarantees that all products will meet the specifications agreed upon in the order confirmation. Any quality issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms will be specified in the order confirmation. CCYpack is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellation and Returns

Orders for custom packaging cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Standard products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved by CCYpack.

9. Limitation of Liability

CCYpack's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CCYpack is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications to Terms

CCYpack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
